This week’s recipe comes courtesy of my friend Rachel. I have to say that this is probably one of my favorite party recipes. With March Madness just around the corner you will want to bookmark this one.
BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
INGREDIENTS:
(2) cans shredded chicken
(1) cup Ranch dressing
(1) 8 oz. Cream cheese (softened)
1/3 to ½ cup Franks hot sauce (depending on how spicy you want it)
(1) cup shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all in a bowl and then transfer to a small crock pot.
Heat and serve with either wheat thins, pita chips, or wheat tortilla chips.
