The Mother of All Days
For me, yesterday was the perfect Mother’s Day. There was no candy, no flowers, no eating out at a restaurant – all of those things that you are told constitute the Mother’s Day celebration. Just a laid back afternoon hanging out with my parents, husband and 2 boys, celebrating with a cookout in the backyard. After dinner drinks with my parents on the back deck. It was perfect.
