Conversations with a Kindergartener

Everyday around 1:00 p.m. I take a few moments to call SM and ask him about his day at school. Here is a snippet from our conversation this afternoon that had me laughing. Keep in mind that he is only in Kindergarten.

Me: Hey Buddy, how was school today?

Sean: I didn’t get a lollipop today from the bus driver.

Me: What happened?

Sean: I don’t know.

Me: Well were you and Aiden being rowdy?

Sean: No.

Me: Then what do you think it was?

Sean: I don’t know, we were just playing hide-n-seek.

He truly had no idea why the bus driver had opted to not give him and his buddy a lollypop.

    Funny!
Jude told me of the kid who was ousted from the bus.
Mind you only K-1 rides his bus.
What did that kid have to do?
