I’ve Been Tricked (13 Random Things)

That’s right. By Mimi at The Things We Do. I stopped by her blog this evening and she’d posted a meme, 13 Random Things, tagging all who read it.

So here goes, more than you want to know, I’m sure.

1. All of my best friends live in other states.
2. I was once cool enough to be VIP at most of the ‘hot’ night clubs in Cincinnati.
3. I have a BA in Speech Communications.
4. I was born in what was once known as West Germany.
5. I have a brother that passed away. He would have been 30 this past October.
6. I have another brother that lives in Texas.
7. I have been in the newspaper and on TV for ice skating.
8. I advanced to the state spelling bee in 8th grade.
9. I hate latex balloons, they freak me out….
10. I never walk over side walk grates. I always walk around them..
11. I am a HUGE Parker Posey fan. I love all of her movies.
12. My children are becoming my best friends and they are only 5 and 2.
13. I married my high school sweetheart. We’ve been together since 1993.

I would love to be able to skate, but my two left feet won’t allow it!! I think it is a most graceful sport!! …Hmmm to only be graceful!! Loved your answers!!

love finding out so many cool things about you! ok heres my one odd fact.my girl friend and i were once kidnapped by turks when we were stupidly hitchhiking to frankfurt and had to climb out a rest stop bathroom window to get away.never hitchhiked again lol.
