Why I Love Blogging

Today I was on SiteMeter, a popular resource for tracking visitors to your Web site, when I realized why I love blogging.

As I was looking over the list of my recent visitors by location it occurred to me that what has been great about blogging is that I have been able to make connections and establish friendships with moms and dads from all over the country.

While I don’t know all of my loyal visitors (not everyone comments, and that’s OK) I’ve made some friends I might not have made otherwise.

Wow, you have a lot of German visits.

I use Google Analytics and I love to try and guess who is visiting my blog. And it so true that most readers don’t comment.
