Stealing Recipes… And Not Feeling Bad About It
My Friend Amie over at 4Benders just posted, what looks to me to be, the most delicious crock pot recipe for cranberry pork tenderloin that I have ever seen. It you love your crock pot and you love pork tenderloin (like I do…) you should check it out:

Then sear the meat, browning on all sides in a pan on medium-high heat.Combine 2 TBS of low sodium soy sauce, 2 TBS orange juice, 2 TBS honey, 1 TBS of jarred ginger, 2 TBS of brown sugar. Add this to crock pot and then add pork. Cover with 1 can of whole cranberry sauce.

I'm sure it's great…I just made meatballs using Heinz Chili Sauce and jellied cranberry sauce…it sounded a bit odd, but man was it delicious!!!!!!!!!
