I Am Jealous.. of my Husband’s Blog
I think I might have Type Pad envy. My hubby just recently started a blog using Type Pad and one of the things he can do, that I can't is reply, by email, to people who comment. Currently you can't do this on Blogger (that I know of). The only thing I get is an email saying a new comment has been made that includes a link to the post on my blog.
I would love to be able to respond directly to the posters, continuing the conversation but right now with Blogger that would take like 5 steps.
Oh, what is a girl to do. I love Blogger and moving my blog would be a huge undertaking but I sure am envious of that email capability!
If anyone knows how to do this with Blogger I'd be forever grateful if you'd tell me how!

If your commenters have a public email address included in their Blogger profile, then you can reply by email (if your comments are being sent to you that way). So you should be able to respond to this comment by email if you wish.
The one drawback to the Typepad system is that commenters must have an email address they’re willing to share. For awhile that meant I would never comment on Typepad blogs (until I finally set up a Hotmail account specifically for blogging purposes).
