Sleeping on the couch
I spent the night with him on the sofa, keeping him cooled with wet wash cloths, making sure he had plenty of fluids and giving him doses of infant Tylenol every couple of hours. He did pretty well but was very restless and slept little.
He started off the day throwing up on the sofa – thank goodness it was covered with blankets and pillows – but is now feeling a little more like himself. He has started talking about being cold, so I think we might be over the hump.
Say a little prayer…

When my kids are sick, I cover EVERYTHING with blankets! We use our air mattress too, so I can just wipe it off if need be.
I will pray he feels better soon.
That stinks. I hope he feels better soon.
Awe, I wish all the little munchkins would feels better. Every since mine were throw up sick it seems like every family I read about has at least one kid with stomach flu or similar.
Hope you’re enjoying the weekend and everyone is feeling good.
Aw, poor little guy, I hope he feels better soon!
I knew my son was sick when I bought him a candy bar at an outdoor festival once and he didn’t it eat.
He threw up on the grass and my daughter took one look at the mess and instantly threw up as well.
Dare I admit that because it happened so quickly–like some obnoxious animated widget–that I started laughing (so hard my belly hurt). It took some time before I had it together enough to clean up the two messes.
I hope your son feels better soon.
It’s not fun when they get sick:( Hope he gets feeling better really soon!
Poor little thing — I always feel so helpless when they’re sick like that. Hope he feels better soon.
I hope he feels better. Those long nights are so tough (on mommy and kiddo!)

Really sucks when the little ones are sick.
Hope he feels better soon! A fever is always worrisome, but it’s a good sign that he’s fighting it!

You’re it!
OH, been there, done that. Poor daughter was sick again (third time since Christmas!) with the flu. Luckily, she is 16 now, and is quite adult about it.
More than me, in fact.
Sucks when kids are ill… hope your little guy is better again real soon.
Good Job!
