Pay It Forward

On Thursday I was driving in to work and the rain was coming down pretty hard. As I was driving down the road I watched a mechanic dash across the street to give a woman waiting at the bus stop an umbrella.

The moment really touched me. In today’s busy world I feel like that type of generosity doesn’t happen often enough.

I agree, Shannan, these things don’t seem to happen often enough anymore. So, it’s extra special when they do! Thanks for sharing!

That is nice to see! Was it like the commercial?
Did it inspire you to pay it forward?

I think it’s ironic that I read this post from you today…because today I saw a young guy in his 20s offer to push an elderly lady in her wheelchair over to the clothing store she was wheeling herself to. She was so thankful. And I thought to myself..wow! Now that’s a gentleman!

And now I just read your post! The timing is uncanny.
