Rocco DiSpirito goes from table to table talking with attendees at lunch.

Rocco did a little mini cooking demo for us over lunch. During the demo he gave great tips for simplifyg life in the kitchen. Something I need!

Finally. Me and Rocco. He was a very nice guy and I really loved the opportunity to meet him and chat with him about cooking.

Oh, and a sidenote…if you see any sponsors doing anything cool or interesting there (it looks like that lunch thing may have been sponsored by Bertolli?) let me know. That’s totally the kind of thing I’d write about for our magazine.
