SM: Grandma, I like that picture. Is that daddy and aunt Ria?

SM: You were older than everybody (he says very matter-of-factly)
Grandma: (holding back laughter) Yes, I guess you could say that.
SM – Was that during the Civil War?
Grandma bursts out laughing

I just stopped by your page via themomblog.com and thought I’d say hi. My daughter asked my mom once why her hair was so white- to which she replied (rather quickly, might I add) because your mom was such a booger when she was little. My daughter got a real kick out of that. Kids say the darndest things- and grandma’s aren’t much better
