Mouthwatering Monday – PIE!
This week it’s dessert!!! Since it’s cold out I thought I’d share my Apple Crumble recipe. This is a simple and tasty dessert, that with prep time, takes about 45 minutes to make.

INGREDIENTS
1 (9 inch deep dish pie crust
4 apples – peeled, cored and sliced thin
6 TBSP butter
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup all – purpose flour
Peel, core and slice the apples. Place in pie crust. Mix 1/2 cup of white sugar with the cinnamon; sprinkle over the apples (you may want to put some under “top layers”). Mix brown sugar, flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Spread mixture over apples. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.
