Yesterday my 10 year old had a celebrity encounter, one he won’t soon forget. He got the chance to meet Tom Angleberger, author of the Origami Yoda series. Angleberger was in town for a book signing for his latest book, “The Secret of the Fortune Wookie”. As soon as SM heard, he was all over it. The signing was at 4pm and of course I had a meeting across town at 5pm…… I was determined to make it happen and THANKFULLY the crisis was averted when my friend Michelle (who was also taking her son to the signing) offered to let him stay with her so that he could meet the author and get his book signed.
