Well, I did it. I FINALLY reached my weight loss goal and best part is, I did it by my goal- September 1- the day before we headed off to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary.

I can’t believe I did it. I cannot tell you the last time I weighed 135, I know it was during college. I’ve battled with my weight for so long. Im afraid to really believe I did it, which is why I took a photo of the scale
These last few months have been tough, but well worth it. I’ve never felt so good health-wise.
I’m going to continue eating well and working out so I don’t slip back. I’m also going to do a post shortly on some of the things I did, both with regards to eating and with regards to iPhone apps I used along the way – those that were helpful and those that were not (so you doubt waste your time.)
