What you are seeing here is a snapshot of a typical evening at our house.  It’s how the boys unwind. They could spend hours creating and recreating things with their LEGOS (and they do). It’s also something I love, because it means they are using their imaginations, not vegging out watching a Cartoon Network show or asking to play games on the iPad. It’s just good ole’ fashioned fun. While I love that they are using their imaginations and playing (nicely) together, what I don’t love, is picking up the bajillions of LEGOS at the end of the night.  Trying to scoop them up and get them back in the bucket can be a hassle, especially with the smaller LEGO pieces. From the humor of Gomez (who is one of the best performers I have seen) to that of Uncle Fester (who was the boy’s favorite), the show

So a few weeks ago I received an email from the folks at BISSELL, offering to send me a BISSELL Perfect Sweep Turbo to review. Now, the floors in my house are all hardwood, except for in my bedroom. We used to use an iRobot, but he went kaput. Since then I’ve been hauling the Kenmore up and down the stairs every time I need to sweep the floors. Did I want to try out the BISSELL Perfect Sweep Turbo? You bet your butt I did. To not have to lug the regular vacuum up and down the stairs every weekend, bruising my shins as I bumped it up the steps? Deal!   My BISSELL Perfect Sweep Turbo arrives. Runs around $38.00.   It’s super easy to assemble, just screw handle together, pop into base, plug in to charger and
