Thought these Febreze Sport outtake videos with Dhani Jones were fun. Always good to see our Bengals out there, even if this season hasn’t been the best. Reminds me that I still need to eat at his restaurant!

For the past two weeks my oldest has been working on a class project that involved him researching and writing about an Indian Tribe of his choice (Chickasaw) and creating a diorama of the Tribe’s village.
I can’t tell you how proud I am off him. He has spent so much time on this project. Not only did he write a great paper, but he put together an amazing Indian Village.
Now that I am working in the arts, I feel like I am starting to notice art more and more everywhere I go. Not the obvious places… but in places where you wouldn’t expect to find it.
Take yesterday for example.
Yesterday I had the opportunity to tour the National Museum of the US Air Force in Dayton, Ohio with my son’s Boy Scout troop. While I thought I would just be seeing airplanes and learning about the roles they played throughout history, I was pleasantly surprised by all the art I found. From paintings on planes to custom bomber jackets to graffiti walls & comic strips, I discovered that art was, and is, a part of the US Air Force.

As many of you may recall, earlier this year I received a BMW as my Mother’s Day gift. At first I loved this car. I had wanted one forever and it had everything – leather interior, sunroof, Bluetooth, navigation. I was in heaven…. so I thought.
As time went on, the car began to have issues. Granted it was covered by the warranty, but still… it was having issues. It was not the experience I thought it would/should be.
Tired of the constant trips to the BMW Store , my husband and I decided to get rid of the car (and the headache).
So where to go from here? What kind of car should I get?
I started searching around the interwebs and decided I wanted a 2011 Nissan Altima. While I have a dealership close to my home in NKY, I had “met” Busam Nissan through Twitter and decided to give them a shot even though they were 20+ miles away from our house.
I have to say I am glad I went out of my way to buy from them. Aside from the great customer service from Chris, Andrew & Ronnie, I got a great deal on my new 2011 Nissan Altima. I am in love!
PS. After I traded in my car I realized I’d left my son’s Wii remote under the passenger seat (don’t ask). Busam Nissam was nice enough to deliver it to me the next day. That’s customer service.
