I thoroughly enjoyed the performance, but must say that Morticia did NOT need the display of cleavage that was provided by that gown – and she wore only the one gown the entire show. I do not recall the television Morticia being portrayed in that fashion, but then again, I was a kid and proabably paid no attention. I am happy to hear that the blogger’s children didn’t pick up on the innuendo and sexual references, because I thought it totally inappropriate for children – of whom there were many in attendance.

I am with you. Overall the boys didn’t seem to notice much of it, though I did cover Brady’s eyes at one point during the dinner party scene.

I loved the humor but wondered how kid-friendly the show would be perceived by parents. And Morticia gives double-stick tape a run for its money, eh?! But seriously, that had to be my favorite shows I’ve seen in the last year.
