It was a regular Thursday night.  I picked up the boys from my Mom’s house after work and headed home to get SM ready for Karate at 5:45pm.  As SM got ready, I made him and the B-Man a snack. I cut up a red pear and put the slices in a bowl with some green grapes. Sounds harmless and tasty, right? SM eats his snack and we leave for Karate. The B-Man stays back with Grandma. One hour later when I return, B-Man is quietly holding his mouth. He isn’t saying anything as he is watching cartoons.   I notice he’s holding his mouth and ask him about it.  He pulls his hand down and starts to freak out a little.   The left side of his mouth is completely inflamed. ———————————————————————- I immediately check his mouth – looking to see
