Today my parents and I took the boys down to a street festival in Covington, KY called Maifest. It’s a pretty typical festival – beer, craft booths, tons of food and rides and games for younger children. We spent about three hours battling through the crowds perusing the booths – lots of jewelry and hand made items. They even had music stages and performers stationed throughout. The crowds came from all walks of life which made for great people watching – one of my favorite things to do. The boys had a blast. They loved running around and riding on all the rides. This was the first year that the B-Man was really old enough to ride on anything and he was overwhelmed to say the least. It was extremely touching to watch SM lead him through the bouncy house
